Our Appointed Person training courses are accredited through NPORS so you can be sure they comply with the latest regulations and Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) BS7121 – Safe Use of Cranes.
During the training, candidates will discover the legal requirements surrounding the planning and execution of lifting operations; learn about the different types of equipment that can be used, their advantages and limitations; and gain experience in creating lift plans for various scenarios.
We provide training for novices, experienced candidates and those who require refresher training.
Courses can take place at our training centre in Plymouth which is situated 5 miles from the city centre and within 5 minutes of the A38. We can also visit your site to complete the training using the equipment that the candidates will go on to use once qualified.
