Slinger/Signaller

Our Slinger/Signaller training comes with accreditation from the National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) or Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers and Importers (ALLMI).

Our Slinger/Signaller training courses are accredited through NPORS, ALLMI or AITT, so you can be sure they comply with the latest regulations and are of the highest quality.

During the training, candidates will discover the legal requirements surrounding the planning and execution of lifting operations; learn about the different types of equipment that can be used, their advantages and limitations; develop an understanding of the signals outlined in the BS:7121 Code of Practice for the Safe Use of Cranes and gain experience in carrying out lifts with balanced, unbalanced, and bundled loads.

Courses can take place at our training centre in Plymouth which is situated 5 miles from the city centre and within 5 minutes of the A38. We can also visit your site to complete the training using the equipment that the candidates will go on to use once qualified.
